Step # 7 - Retique it for the Legs
I really wanted a wood look for the legs but they were so chewed up, I couldn't just clean them up or restain them. I had to do some hefty repairs and the putty wouldn't take stain. Retique it was the perfect solution. 3 coats of Retique It LIquid Wood, General Finishes Dye Stain, then CrystaLac Extreme Protection water-based polyurethane.
